It all started with a little boy… and a great desire for peace
Snoozzz was founded in 2007, after the birth of our second son, Ralph. But actually, the story began with our eldest, Tom. His arrival made us intensely happy, but also insecure. No social media, little recognition, and a child health clinic with ten minutes of time.
We had a crying baby, a tough delivery, and I felt exhausted. Breastfeeding didn't go as hoped, and I doubted myself as a mother.
The Bfree bottle – with a tube to prevent vacuum – finally brought peace: Tom drank calmly and his cramps disappeared. That relief felt like a breakthrough. More and more parents asked us for help, and so the seed for something bigger was sown. From that experience grew – very naturally.
The demand for a Snoozzz sleep wrap
When Ralph arrived, that wish grew even stronger. He was a restless baby who rolled over in his sleep. I worried about suffocation and SIDS. We wanted a safe solution that would give him peace… and us too.
That is how the first Snoozzz sleep wrap came into being. Designed out of our concerns, tested in our own nursery, and made with the help of my mother-in-law.
We invested our savings, went to the largest baby fair in Cologne, and were immediately nominated for 'Best Baby Product of the Year'. That confirmed what we already felt: the Sleep Wrap really makes a difference.

I - Jeanette – started with one idea and the desire to help other mothers. Not long after, Peter, my husband, joined. Ralph is now also working with us. Together with a small but powerful team, we dedicate ourselves every day to making parents' lives easier and more beautiful.
