Delivery and delivery address

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order can be shipped to an address of your choice (home, work, etc.). Your package will be delivered by a DHL delivery driver. For deliveries outside Europe, other partners may be used.

Postage costs

Shipping costs depend on the delivery address/country. Shipping costs are listed in the checkout.. For orders from €50, - shipping is free for orders in the Netherlands and Belgium (excluding the islands).

Delivery times

Standard delivery time: If the order is placed Monday through Friday before 10:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day. We aim for the delivery times listed below. (These delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.)

• Netherlands: 1-2 working days
• Belgium: 1-2 working days
• Germany: 1-3 working days
• France: 2-4 working days
• Other countries in Europe: 2-5 working days
• Other countries in the world: 5-12 working days

Track your order

You will receive a confirmation email the moment your order leaves our warehouse. This email contains a link to track your package. Did you not receive an email or is it untraceable? In that case, please contact us.
