• How can I return my order?
  You can easily register your return by clicking on this link.

• How long does return processing and refund take?
  As soon as our distribution center has received your return, you will receive a refund within 7 working days.

• Can I exchange items for a different size or item?
  At this moment, we do not offer the option to exchange items for a different size or another item. If you If you wish to receive a different size or item, we advise you to to return the items. If the return meets our return conditions, we will refund the purchase amount. You can then place a new order for the desired item yourself.

• What are the costs for returning my order?
  An amount of €5,95 for Dutch and €6,95 Calculated for Belgian customers as a contribution to the shipping costs for the return. This is charged when requesting the return.

  No return costs will be charged for the exceptions below:
  • You have received a different product than you ordered.
  • The product you ordered was received broken.
