How do you use the pregnancy pillow while sleeping?

You can sleep wonderfully comfortably with the Snoozzz pregnancy pillow. Place the pregnancy pillow along your body while you lie on your side, preferably on your left side. This helps improve blood circulation and relieves pressure on your body. Place the pregnancy pillow partly under your stomach for extra support, and place it between your legs to relieve your hips and lower back.
